In this project, we document extreme events in the Indian Ocean and attempt to characterize variations in the physical and chemical parameters of the oceans during these periods. We document several cyclonic storms in the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea that made landfall in the Indian subcontinent from 2008-2013.
